NEW TICKET POLICY AFFECTING TELEPHONE ORDERS

CCP is now able to take your reservation over the phone and you can pay for it by cash, check or credit card when you arrive for the performance.  All we need is your name, phone number, and number and type (Adults/Senior/Student) of tickets you need.  All seats are general admission/festival seating.

All shows run Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2:30pm, unless otherwise noted.

2012-13 SEASON TICKETS

NEW PRICES for Season Tickets will go into effect on JUNE 1, 2012:

Seniors (62+): $55

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: Buy Season Tickets before June 1st and save $5 by paying the old prices.

THE PLAYHOUSE PASS

Introducing the PLAYHOUSE PASS - the affordable and convenient way to so see any event at the Carmel Community Playhouse.  You can potentially save up to $60 with the Playhouse Pass vs. buying your tickets individually.  And, you can use them however you want.  If you want to use all 12 tickets to see 1 CCP show, that's fine!  Want to spread them over various events? That's ok too!

Gold Level - $120

12 Tickets to ANY CCP performance, Cabaret or World Music Series event.

Silver Level - $70

6 Tickets to ANY CCP performance, Cabaret or World Music Series event.

Some restriction apply.  You must still call the box office at (317) 815-9387 and make a reservation to ensure seating at a particular performance.  The Playhouse Pass is valid for one full year from the date of purchase.

*NOTE: Prices for the Playhouse Pass will be going up on June 1st, 2012.  The new prices will be $140 for Gold Level passes and $80 for Silver Level passes.  Buy your Playhouse Pass before then to save!

THERE ARE NO RESERVED SEATS AT THE CARMEL COMMUNITY PLAYHOUSE. ALL SEATS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.  BOX OFFICE OPENS 45-MINUTES PRIOR TO SHOW TIME AND SEATING BEGINS :30 MINUTES BEFORE SHOW TIME.

Standard Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of Carmel Community Players. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management.

PLEASE NOTE: Box office opens :45 minutes before showtime (7:15 PM for evening performances or 1:45 PM for matinees) and seating begins :30 minutes before showtime. All seats are general admission and are on a first come first serve basis. Due to the intimacy of the playhouse, it is recommended that you arrive at early to get your preferred seats. Please allow enough travel time for traffic and finding a parking spot in Clay Terrace.  IMPORTANT! Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management. Shows begins promptly at stated curtain time.

Ways to Purchase Tickets

There are three different ways to purchase tickets to our performances.  These include:

• Online - Powered by Vendini.com. Buy your tickets at your convenience. Transaction fees apply.
• Phone Orders - Call (317) 815-9387 and make a reservation or buy tickets.  If you get voicemail, please leave your name, phone number, the best time to reach you and the number and type of tickets you would like. We will call you back to confirm your reservation and you can either pay for it over the phone with a credit card or when you come to the performance with cash, check or credit card.           DO NOT leave credit card information on our voicemail. We'll call you back
• Walk-Ups - (box office hours vary during the week; open 45-minutes prior to curtain on show days)

Any reserved tickets not claimed 5 minutes prior to curtain may be released for immediate sale.

You may also pick up tickets at the Carmel Community Playhouse box office starting 45-minutes prior to showtime.  However, there are no guarantees that tickets will be available at the door if you have not purchased them or made reservations in advance. Please call ahead.
