When are Carmel Community Players’ performances?
Performances for Carmel Community Players’ productions are Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8:00pm and Sundays at 2:30pm, unless noted otherwise. For specific dates, please visit the upcoming events page.
How do I get to the Playhouse?

Please note there is currently road construction on the 146st St Bridge over US 31. Patrons coming from the east on 146st Street may want to consider leaving earlier to allow
plenty of time, or researching an alternate route.
Where in Clay Terrace are you located?
The Carmel Community Playhouse is located on the southeast end of Clay Terrace between Party City and Jimmy John’s. We are situationed just off the roundabout.
Look for our blue awning out front. Parking is behind the building.
How much are tickets?
Tickets to Carmel Community Players’ productions are $15 for Adults and $12 for Seniors (62+) and Students. You can find out about ways to save money here.
Various other events, such as CCP Cabarets and World Music Series performances cost $10. Though, prices are subject
to change per event. Prices of other events at the Carmel Community Playhouse can vary.
How can I get tickets?
You can buy tickets online right now! Just visit the TICKETS page and click on the “BUY TICKETS NOW” button for the event you wish to attend
(Convenience fees apply).
You can also buy your tickets by calling the box office at (317) 815-9387 and leaving a message. As an all-volunteer Community Theater, we are unable to man the box office 24 hours a day/7 days a week. But, we will always call you back as soon as we possibly can. We do require a credit card payment at the time of purchase over the phone.
Do you have subscriptions?
We offer Season Tickets (1 ticket to each CCP production) for $65/$50 and are valid for the Season purchased. We also offer the Playhouse Pass - tickets that can be used for any
CCP performance, Cabaret or World Music Series event - at 2 levels: Silver Level (6 tickets for $70) and Gold Level (12 tickets for $120). To buy either a season ticket or the Playhouse Pass,

Are seats reserved?
Our seating is general admission: You get to choose your seat when you get here. The box office opens :45 minutes before show time and we start seating :30 minutes prior to show
time. Individuals requiring wheelchair access or similar reserved seating are asked to let us know in advance so we can reserve a space to accommodate you.
What should I wear?
The Carmel Community Playhouse is a casual environment. Many patrons wear business casual attire, rather than formal wear. Please feel free to dress more formally or as casual as you are
comfortable.
Are there restaurants nearby?
Residing in Clay Terrace has its perks. There are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance to the Carmel Community Playhouse. Kona Grill, Kincaid’s,
Mitchell Fish Market, Ted’s Montana Grill and Bella’s Pizzeria are just a few of the delicious restaurants located in Clay Terrace itself. There are numerous other options just
around the corner, too, including both sit down diners and drive through fast food establishments.
Do you serve refreshments?
We serve water, Coca-cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Coffee (Regular and Decaf), Hot Chocolate, as well as an assortment of chocolate bars and candies. We also serve various flavors of
ice cream at each show. All items are $1.00 each.
Where do I park?
You can park anywhere in Clay Terrace, but the best location for the Playhouse is in the southeast parking lot. We do ask that you walk to the front of the Playhouse to check-in
and avoid coming in through the back door on performance nights.
Are you handicapped accessible?
Yes. There is wheelchair access at back and front door. Please let us know ahead of time if you need reserved seating so we can accomodate you.
I have trouble seeing/hearing. Is there a way to reserve seats for me in the front row?
When you purchase your tickets, ask for early seating and arrive at least one-half hour before curtain. The usher will let you into the theatre as soon as the doors open and help you to your reserved
seating.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes and No. We do not sell gift certificates. However, you can gift tickets, season tickets and flexpasses. Just ask the box office about those
options. Additionally, we do take Simon Gift Cards, which can be purchased here. (Link takes you to a different

Do you take contributions?
Ticket sales amount to just over half of our income. So we rely on various contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations. Your contribution is tax
deductible to the amount allowable by law. In fact, you can make a donation online right now and you can even set up and recurring payments by clicking here.
Do you accept planned gifts?
Yes! Gifts of cash, stocks, bonds, and real estate are welcome. For more information about

How can I get involved with the theatre?
The theatre uses hundreds of people each year in a variety of capacities: serving concessions, helping at the box office, working various special events, working in the office, and backstage on
