Carmel Community Player's Dinner & a Show Promotion is a great way to enjoy a relaxing evening out in Carmel.  The Dinner & a Show package includes two tickets to a performance and a $25 discount at one of our participating restaurants for use prior to or after the show.  PLEASE REVIEW THE RULES AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.

YOU MUST FIRST CALL CCP TO MAKE A DINNER & a SHOW RESERVATION.  DO NOT MAKE THE RESERVATION DIRECTLY WITH KINCAID'S THROUGH THEIR ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM!

RULES... (revised 2/11/2010)

  1. You must call CCP's box office (317-815-9387) at least 24 hours in advance to make reservations for Dinner & a Show.  Online reservations for Dinner & a Show are not accepted at this time.
  2. The $25 discount MUST be used the night of the show and is only valid toward the purchase of two dinner entrees. It does not include appetizers or alcoholic beverages.
  3. If receiving your order confirmation by e-mail, show your proof of purchase at the participating restaurant to redeem your discount.
  4. If receiving your order at the CCP Box Office, we'll forward your name to Kincaid's. Give them your name when you arrive at the restaurant and they will check it against the manifest that we forward to them.
  5. Contact Kincaids to see if you need to make a dinner reservation.
  6. You should arrive at the restaurant in time to finish eating early enough to be able to arrive at the theater no later than 7:45.
  7. We'll hold your seats until five minutes before show time. There is not reserved seating at the Carmel Community Playhouse.  If you fail to notify CCP that you are running late, we can not guarantee that seats will be available.
